Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing within SaaS, tech, AI, or Fintech industries.
• Track record of driving measurable pipeline or revenue impact through marketing programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior audiences.
• Experience across multi-market or regional marketing environments, ideally SE Asia.
• Self-starter thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments with strong prioritization.
• Hands-on in demand generation or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing programs that contribute to enterprise pipeline creation and acceleration.
• Run multi-channel demand generation initiatives including account-focused campaigns and digital programs.
• Work with sales to align marketing activity with priority accounts and business objectives.
• Support targeted engagement initiatives for senior enterprise audiences.
• Ensure initiatives tie to measurable commercial outcomes.
