The role covers budget monitoring, asset management, and coordinating renovations and office improvements while supporting after-hours responses for emergencies. Strong communication and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Design and compute electrical plans.
• Experience with generator sets and UPS maintenance.
• Ability to evaluate vendor maintenance reports and propose actions.
• Basic project management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended or flexible hours, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility maintenance and assets, ensuring clean, safe work environment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and inspections per code and internal standards.
• Oversee facility budget planning and cost control, including CAPEX/opex.
• Support budget tracking and project implementations (renovations, seating, equipment).
• Review invoices and coordinate with administration on facility issues.
