Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of electrical system design, building construction, and facilities maintenance.
• Experience with generator sets, UPS systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Basic project management and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent facility issues.
• Professional, customer-focused, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the operational facilities department: manage facility inventory and assets.
• Ensure facility is clean and maintained to high standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and inspections as required by code or internal standards.
• Provide employees with facilities and support services to increase workplace satisfaction.
• Handle internal Helpdesk tickets and maintain ticket lists.
• Assist information services to maintain proper working order and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Assist the Project team on renovations and CAPEX budgeting.
• Review invoices in PeopleSoft prior to payment and coordinate with building administration.
