Job summary

Sutherland Global in Davao City is seeking a Facilities & Property Management Associate to oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, and site readiness, coordinating with capacity planning and internal teams.

You will supervise contractors, manage asset maintenance, track utilities, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining documentation and reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Eng or related field and a licensed PE, with on-site reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer is required.
• Willingness to report on-site at Sutherland Davao.
• Experience with facilities operations and maintenance is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations including leasehold improvements, equipment upkeep, and site maintenance.
• Ensure functionality and readiness of all office equipment and physical workspace.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise contractors for general repairs, pest control, and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Oversee workspace readiness including seat assignments, relocations, and partition installations.
• Monitor utilities consumption and maintain accurate tracking reports.
• Ensure Asset Maintenance Contracts are updated and equipment serviced regularly.
• Maintain organized documentation of service reports, contracts, and compliance records.
• Support health and safety standards across the site.
