Job summary

You will manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, and governance meetings with senior stakeholders, delivering operational excellence and strategic workplace solutions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Facilities Management within BPO, corporate, commercial, or integrated FM environments.
• Senior Facility Manager experience of 5+ years preferred.
• Proven track record managing large, multi-site portfolios and client-facing operations.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibilities.
• Contract management, account growth and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.

About The Role

Senior Facilities Manager | BPO Account (Mandaluyong & Multi-Site Portfolio)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management services for a key BPO client headquartered in Mandaluyong with multiple sites across the Philippines.

This role is accountable for overall account performance, including operational excellence, client relationship management, financial performance, contract compliance, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the client, ensuring exceptional workplace experiences while driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Commercial Leadership

• Own the account's Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring financial, revenue, and profitability targets are achieved.
• Drive account growth through additional works, contract variations, and value-added service opportunities.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting processes.
• Implement cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service excellence and client satisfaction.

Contract & Account Management

• Ensure contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently achieved across all sites.
• Lead governance meetings, business reviews, and performance reporting with client stakeholders.
• Support contract renewals, extensions, and scope expansion opportunities.
• Mitigate operational and commercial risks while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Facilities Management Operations

• Provide strategic oversight of facilities operations across multiple BPO locations.
• Lead the delivery of Hard Services, including engineering, maintenance, and critical facilities management.
• Oversee Soft Services, including housekeeping, security, workplace services, and vendor management.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, sustainability programs, and service innovation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements across all sites.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Build trusted partnerships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
• Manage escalations proactively and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workplace experience and support the client's business objectives.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop multi-site facilities management teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure appropriate resource planning, talent development, and succession management.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and service excellence.
• Inspire teams to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and operational results.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in Facilities Management within BPO, corporate, commercial, or integrated FM environments.
• Preferably has been a Senior Facility Manager for 5 years or more
