Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering is required.
• Professional engineering license or relevant credentials, where applicable, is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, biomedical engineering, hospital engineering, or technical operations.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare institution is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital medical equipment, biomedical systems, and healthcare facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital facilities and infrastructure management.
• Ensure proper function of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, elevators, generators, water systems and other utilities.
• Monitor facilities condition and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure critical hospital areas meet facility and environmental standards.
• Coordinate facility improvement, renovation, expansion, and construction projects.
• Oversee maintenance, calibration, testing, and repair of hospital medical equipment.
