Equilife Medical Equipment Supplies & Services Inc. seeks a Biomedical Engineer Manager to lead the biomedical engineering operations in Metro Manila.

This full-time, on-site role oversees installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs of medical equipment across client facilities. You will mentor engineers and technicians, coordinate with hospital stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while driving equipment upgrades and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Oversee biomedical operations, resource planning and service delivery in clinical settings.
• Lead and mentor a team of biomedical engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate integration of devices with hospital information systems and related software tools.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards across projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Electronics Engineering; certification in medical equipment management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute biomedical engineering operations across client facilities.
• Install, calibrate, perform preventive maintenance and repair medical equipment.
• Lead projects related to equipment deployment and upgrades with hospital stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain asset records.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to improve service processes.
