Job summary

John Clements Family is seeking a CPA with a BS Accountancy and 3.5+ years of external audit experience to join our Global Delivery Services lead team in Metro Manila. The role focuses on guiding engagements, reviewing team output, and ensuring compliance with quality, risk, and regulatory standards.

You will manage engagement workflows, allocate resources, and coach team members while maintaining strong relationships with global teams.

Qualifications

• CPA certification and BS Accountancy required.
• Minimum 3.5 years of external audit experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, PSA, taxation, accounting principles, and audit standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, leadership, and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, and international assurance/review standards.
• Strong risk management, facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work in hybrid set-up (3x a week work from home / 2 days a week onsite).
