We are seeking a Senior External Auditor to join our fast-growing global shared services team. In this role, you will support international client-serving teams across various industry sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, and technology. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global engagements, leading associate-level professionals, performing technical quality reviews, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assurance services aligned with international accounting and auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engagement Leadership: Lead regional and global engagements, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables aligned with global quality, risk management, and methodology standards.
• Review & Technical Oversight: Perform thorough technical reviews of procedures executed by associate staff, applying strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, or US GAAS.
• Workflow & Resource Management: Proactively manage engagement workflows, resource allocation, team utilization, budget-to-actuals, and operational performance against established SLAs.
• Team Supervision & Coaching: Supervise, coach, and mentor junior associate team members, providing continuous feedback, conducting performance reviews, and fostering talent development.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive, professional relationships with international client-serving teams and local stakeholders, setting clear value expectations and open lines of communication.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to standardize review workflows, implement best practices, and expand the operational scope of global shared service engagements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BS Accountancy).
• Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and external audit functions.
• Leadership: At least 1 year of direct leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, PSA, and general taxation principles.
