GTG Talent Consultancy Inc. is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Associate to serve as a key contact for assigned audit engagements.

You will manage day‑to‑day activities, supervise junior staff, interpret standards, and coordinate with global assurance teams to deliver high‑quality work. You will leverage your CPA credentials and 3+ years of external audit experience to mentor staff, ensure quality, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of External Audit experience.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and audit standards.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, PSA and Taxation.

Job Overview

Reputable professional services firms are seeking experienced Audit Senior Associates to serve as key points of contact for assigned audit engagements, manage day-to-day engagement activities, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of audit work. This role involves supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members, interpreting auditing and accounting standards, addressing review comments, and coordinating with global assurance teams. It offers an excellent opportunity for experienced audit professionals to further develop their technical, project management, communication, and leadership skills while working with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned audit engagements and ensure the team delivers timely, high-quality work in line with applicable audit standards and client expectations.

• Review audit procedures and deliverables performed by junior team members, ensuring compliance with quality and risk management standards.

• Manage engagement workflow, allocate resources, monitor team performance, and track budgets, utilization, and other operational matters.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with global and client-facing teams while building productive working relationships.

• Identify opportunities to improve audit processes, standardize review procedures, and leverage best practices to enhance engagement efficiency and quality.

• Lead, coach, and supervise team members, provide timely feedback, and support the development of high-performing talent.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

• Minimum of THREE (3) years of solid experience in External Audit.

• Familiarity with accounting principles and audit standards

• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, PSA and Taxation
