Job summary

Redstone Private Banking Search partners with a major European private bank to expand its international wealth management platform. The Senior Relationship Manager will focus on Italy, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and Poland, leveraging an extensive client network to generate Net New Money and deliver discretionary wealth solutions.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to tailor wealth solutions and maintain high-touch client relationships while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager / Private Banker within a recognised private banking platform.
• Demonstrable track record in asset gathering, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management.
• Established client relationships within Europe markets (Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands and/or Poland).

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing client network to acquire new HNW and UHNW clients across approved European markets.
• Generate Net New Money through proactive business development and intermediary relationships.
• Provide discretionary and advisory investment solutions across a full private banking product suite.
• Maintain strong client relationships through a high-touch, relationship-led coverage model.
• Coordinate with internal investment, structuring and portfolio management teams to deliver tailored wealth solutions.
• Ensure onboarding and servicing complies with Luxembourg and EU regulatory standards.
