Job summary

Redstone Private Banking Search specializes in 360° search solutions for global commodity markets and private wealth. We seek a Senior Relationship Manager to drive growth with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals in Asia, leveraging an open-architecture platform for bespoke investment access and comprehensive wealth management.

You will lead onboarding, client development, and strategic planning, collaborating with Investment Advisory and Risk teams to deliver senior, revenue-generating solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in relationship management within private banking, wealth management or EAM platforms.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a book of UHNWI clients with strong asset growth.
• Extensive knowledge of the Asia wealth management landscape, market connections, and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic business plan and lead client acquisition efforts focused on Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
• Provide holistic wealth management and advisory services leveraging in-house capabilities across discretionary portfolio management, wealth structuring, family governance, and private market access.
• Take full ownership of client onboarding and asset development, with autonomy and aim to generate $50M+ AUM in year one with support from the compliance team.
