Job summary

RRD in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Senior EUC Security Engineer to lead endpoint compliance and risk remediation across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. You will partner with IT Operations, Governance, Service Desk, and Audit teams to strengthen security, enforce policies, and support audits.

You bring 4+ years in EUC security, hands-on experience with vulnerability management, patching, licensing compliance, and enterprise tools, and you will mentor teammates while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• 4+ years in EUC security or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networks and security compliance.
• End-to-End ownership of compliance tickets and escalations.
• Experience with audits (internal, external) and evidence collection.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure endpoint devices comply with security standards and policies.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, IT Governance, IT Operations, Service Desk and Audit teams.
• Provide senior-level support for Endpoint Compliance, Patch Management, Vulnerability Management & Remediation, and Security Controls.
• Assist audits and prepare necessary documents/artifacts.
• Identify and resolve security and compliance issues across devices and software.
• Maintain SLAs and mentor team members on technical issues.
• Represent and communicate audit findings to stakeholders.
