Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an End User Computing Security Operations Engineer to manage and secure global EUC endpoints, focusing on automation and operational excellence across Windows, Mac, iOS and Azure VMs.

You will patch, monitor, investigate vulnerabilities, maintain security policies, and collaborate with Information Security to respond to threats, delivering dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in endpoint security operations or IT security.
• Experience with patch management and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security controls and Defender for Endpoint.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational engineering and support for global EUC security platforms.
• Maintain endpoint security controls, policies, and daily operations.
• Identify operational improvements and deliver improvement programs.
• Patch endpoints and manage monthly patch cycles across platforms.
• Create technical documentation and training materials for staff.
