Job summary

Samsung C&T Philippines, Corp. is hiring an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to support EPC and PPP infrastructure bids in BGC, Taguig. You will analyze contract and bidding documents, lead bidding activities, and provide preliminary cost estimates for major projects.

Requirements include proven experience in infrastructure estimation/quantity surveying and a minimum of 10 years in the field, with strong reading of bid drawings, permits, and cost factors. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven estimator or quantity surveying experience in infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids for EPC and PPP Infra, Civil, Building projects.
• Analyze project documents, contract documents, and bidding books (tender forms, terms and conditions, specifications).
• Lead or support project bidding processes through accurate estimation.
• Provide preliminary cost estimations during initial stages of a project.
• Maintain and update direct and indirect costs for major projects.
