Job summary

Samsung C&T Philippines Corporation seeks a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to support civil and infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia. You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare BOQs and cost estimates, and manage subcontractor payments to ensure profitability.

You will monitor budgets, assess variation orders, and collaborate with the Structural Manager, tender specialists, and procurement teams for accurate cost inputs and contract terms. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and related software.
• Strong on-site problem solving and knowledge of method statements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for tenders and projects.
• Review subcontractor payment claims and support cost-related disputes.
• Monitor budgets and manage Variation Orders to align with the project budget.
