Job summary

BMG Outsourcing Inc., with offices in Clark and Sydney, is seeking a Senior Estimator to support sales and project delivery by preparing cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing proposals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Suppliers to develop cost models, review drawings and specifications, and produce commercial documentation while ensuring commercially viable outcomes. Hybrid work setup; schedule Mon–Fri 7 AM–4 PM PH time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in estimating, tender preparation, project costing, or quantity surveying.
• Experience in industrial, tank/water construction, infrastructure, or heavy engineering is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to prepare detailed estimates.
• Determine labor hours, equipment, and logistics.
• Learn product configurations to calculate BOMs.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Prepare tender submissions and pricing schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales to capture pricing differences.
• Build preliminary schedules to align hours with timelines.
• Analyze risks and contingencies for estimates.
