Job summary

Nexperia is seeking an ESG Controller in Cabuyao to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance requirements into performance management and reporting processes. The role ensures that ESG data meets finance-controlling standards, making sustainability data reliable and audit-ready.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, and 3-5 years of experience in finance or ESG roles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital reporting tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Reporting, Audit, or ESG-related roles.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks applied to ESG data.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global environment.

• Act as Senior ESG Controlling counterpart managing end-to-end data governance.
• Collaborate closely with Financial Controlling to align ESG data with group reporting standards.
• Support preparation of external sustainability disclosures ensuring audit-ready documentation.
