Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an ESG Expert to lead sustainability initiatives, drive toward net zero, and strengthen environmental, social, and governance practices across the organization. You will act as the primary coordinator for ESG programs, manage carbon reduction efforts, develop and execute ESG communications, and report on non-financial data.

You will build relationships with NGOs and external stakeholders, coordinate volunteer and inclusion activities, and ensure projects stay on

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ESG or sustainability experience.
• Strong ESG reporting knowledge.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for environmental and sustainability programs.
• Lead ESG projects and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Develop and execute ESG communication plans.
• Build relationships with NGOs and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate volunteer and inclusion initiatives.
