Job summary

A leading renewable energy company in the Philippines is seeking a Manager for Project Development (ESG) to spearhead ESG initiatives across multiple projects. You'll implement the Group's ESG framework, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. The ideal candidate has a background in Environmental Science or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in ESG management. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ESG, Environmental & Social management, or sustainability roles.
• Hands-on experience with IFC Performance Standards and/or Equator Principles.
• Strong knowledge of international ESG frameworks such as IFC PS, EP, and OECD Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the application of the Group’s ESG framework across projects.
• Ensure compliance with Vena Group’s ESG policies and alignment with global frameworks.
• Provide ESG leadership from early-stage development through operations.
