Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 7 years of project management experience with ERP implementations.
Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required.
Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Manufacturing).
Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live stabilization.
Define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors.
Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
Drive PMO initiatives to strengthen project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
Establish and monitor project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Provide executive-level reporting and insights on portfolio performance.
Coach and mentor junior project managers, fostering growth and capability development.
Facilitate knowledge sharing, training sessions, and best practice workshops.
Build a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement within the PMO.
