Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud Financials leader to guide strategy, design, and implementation across client engagements in the Philippines. You will drive ERP optimization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support business development efforts while overseeing delivery quality.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Oracle Financials, strong client interaction, and proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP projects within a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, SCM or related field
• CPA qualification or Master’s degree preferable but not essential
• At least 10 years of Oracle Financials experience (Cloud Financials and EBS)
• Minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle implementations as a Functional Lead or Project Lead
• Experience managing client engagements and guiding delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects including strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization
• Support business development activities like proposals and cross-service line collaboration
• Direct day-to-day management of Oracle Cloud ERP engagements across clients
• Supervise and performance-manage staff on engagements
