Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced IT project professional to support ERP leads and project managers with implementation and integration efforts in the Philippines. You will translate business requirements for technical teams, write technical assessments and presentations for project gates, and ensure that developers, QA, middleware, security, and business units stay on track with actions and deliverables.

Liaise with project managers, IT teams, and business units to keep schedules aligned and risks

Qualifications

5 years of experience managing complex technical projects.
Experience in ERP implementations (SAP or Oracle highly preferred).
Ability to translate business requirements for technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Keen eye on details.
Risk management: able to identify potential risks.
Ability to adjust to changing project requirements, unexpected situations, and new technologies/requirements.
Experience with e-invoicing (such as EDICOM Advantage) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Support ERP Leads and IT Project Manager with implementation and integration
Write technical assessments and presentations (project gates, decision making, etc.)
Ensure that various IT teams (Developers, QA, Middleware, Security, etc.) stay on track with the required actions and deliverables
Liaise with Project Managers, IT teams, business teams
