Qualifications

8+ years of business transformation, process improvement, and architecture experience in an international environment.
5+ years implementing Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion) Financials - AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Pension.
Strong requirements definition and documentation experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes and system landscape related to Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion).
Support triage and impact analysis of production issues, and document detailed business process flows and functional requirements.
Lead workshops, validate IT recommendations against business needs, and build a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Produce training materials, meeting minutes, and enhancement lists, and support knowledge transfer.
