Job summary

Minebea Philippines, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer Technician to provide hands-on technical support that keeps our manufacturing processes running smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.

You will troubleshoot machine and process issues, perform preventive maintenance, and assist engineers in implementing process and productivity enhancements. This role aims to minimize downtime, maintain product quality, ensure production continuity, and improve overall manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, machine maintenance, or equipment troubleshooting.
• Graduate of a 2–4 year technical, engineering, or related course.
• Experience in manufacturing, machine maintenance, or equipment troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend machine trouble or downtime.
• Ensure machines are in good condition while running in production.
• Perform preventive maintenance of machines and PM check sheet.
• Improve machines to reduce scrap or quality issues.
• Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines.
• Support improvement and 5S activities of the assigned work area.
• Assist technicians and engineers in modification or improvement activities.
• Perform visual inspections to prevent breakdowns.
