The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving equipment issues, collaborating with engineering teams to improve efficiency and safety. It is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for relocation to MinebeaMitsumi Global Factories.

Qualifications

• A graduate of 2 or 4 years on Electro-mechanical and Technological courses.
• Knowledge on electrical wirings and mechanical functions
• Exhibits mastery on machine troubleshooting techniques
• Knowledge in quality control and defect analysis
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
• With basic computer (MS Office) and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Assists suppliers/ sub-contractors in the installation of new facility equipment, such as Compressor, Chiller, Power Generator, etc., and ensure conformance with required settings and standards to ensure proper installation
• Perform repairs to facility equipment failures and breakdowns to ensure smooth flow of production operations
• Monitor performance of facility equipment and infrastructure and execute preventive maintenance periodically according to established schedule to ensure good facilities condition
• Evaluate current condition of plant facility and equipment, such as Compressor, Condenser, etc., and perform improvements to prevent recurrence of problems and breakdowns
• Initiate facility improvements to increase plant production efficiency and quality
