Qualifications

• Cleanroom experience and knowledge of laser and optical systems required.

Responsibilities

• Set up assembly and test stations in collaboration with engineers.
• Design, select, and test machine upgrades to improve efficiency.
• Author operating instructions and provide maintenance documentation.
• Report on equipment uptime and maintenance effectiveness.
• Develop automation solutions and user-friendly interfaces.
• Train staff on new equipment and processes.

Skills

Knowledge of fiber‑optic and micro‑optics device physics
