Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Manager to join the CFO & Enterprise Value team in Manila. You will lead enterprise performance management and planning initiatives, guiding complex transformation programs for global clients, collaborating with finance, strategy, and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A with hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, Anaplan, and EPM design experience, plus strong leadership to drive multi-disciplinary

Qualifications

• Functional experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting process.
• Hands-on experience in Anaplan / SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Group Reporting (GR).
• Experience in AI/ML or data science use cases in FP&A processes.
• Experience in Data & Master data governance.
• Finance transformation projects across all phases: Plan, Design, Build, Test, Deploy.
• Must have at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in SAC, BPC, GR or Anaplan.
• Experience in management and financial reporting, performance management, disclosure management, XBRL, and last mile reporting (OAC, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Workiva).
• Experience leading teams of 8-10 resources independently.
• Open to cross-country relocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, client conversations and manage stakeholders on the project.
• Lead team of experienced resources and guide project execution to meet timelines.
• Lead EPM design and implementation with high quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with client organizations and maintain strong relationships.
• Guide EPM design aspects and assess requirements to identify best solutions.
• Identify opportunities through networks to drive business development.
• Prepare responses to RFPs and drive client discussions.
• Develop business cases, options, project plans, estimates, staffing, and execution approaches.
