Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Manila seeks an experienced Manager to lead Enterprise Performance Management initiatives for CFO & Enterprise Value teams. You will guide project delivery, design solutions, and drive client conversations to unlock opportunities across global finance transformations.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in planning/budgeting, hands-on SAC/BPC/Anaplan experience, and a track record of leading 8–10 person teams while working across onshore/offshore delivery models.

Qualifications

• Functional experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan, SAP BPC, SAC, or SAP Group Reporting.
• Experience in AI/ML or data science use cases in FP&A.
• Experience in Data and Master data governance.
• Finance transformation projects across Plan, Design, Build, Test and Deploy.
• Must have at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAC, BPC, GR, or Anaplan.
• Experience in management and financial reporting and XBRL reporting.
• Experience leading teams of 8-10 resources.
• Open to cross-country relocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project.
• Lead the team of experienced resources and guide teams on project executions.
• Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements.
• Coordinate with client organizations to maintain and enhance relationships.
• Lead EPM design aspects and assessment of requirements and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities using network to drive business development.
• Prepare responses to RFPs and drive client conversations and presentations.
• Prepare business case, options, plans, estimates and execution approach for EPM opportunities.
• Work independently on business development and project delivery onshore/offshore as needed.
