Job summary

MAESTRO HOLDINGS seeks an experienced Enterprise Risk Management professional to lead and support the Group ERM framework across all business units. The role focuses on governance, resilience, risk reporting, and culture in line with regulatory expectations and best practices.

Collaborating with management and governance committees, you will ensure risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and escalated appropriately to protect the group's value and continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• With 5-8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, audit, compliance, governance, or related functions
• Certifications such as ISO 31000, CRMA, FRM, CIA, or CRM are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework across all business units and entities.
• Assist in strengthening enterprise-wide risk governance, oversight, operational resilience, risk reporting, and risk culture aligned with regulatory expectations, strategic objectives, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Management, business units, support functions, and governance committees to ensure material risks are identified, assessed, monitored, managed, and escalated appropriately.
