MAESTRO HOLDINGS seeks an experienced Enterprise Risk Management professional to lead and support the Group ERM framework across all business units. The role focuses on governance, resilience, risk reporting, and culture in line with regulatory expectations and best practices.
Collaborating with management and governance committees, you will ensure risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and escalated appropriately to protect the group's value and continuity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
With a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, audit, compliance, governance, or related functions
Preferably with insurance, HMO, banking, or regulated industry experience
Must have strong knowledge of ERM frameworks, ISO 31000, risk governance, Board reporting, and enterprise risk assessment
Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required
Relevant certifications such as ISO 31000, CRMA, FRM, CIA, or CRM are an advantage.

Responsible for supporting the implementation, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework across all business units and entities.
Assists in strengthening enterprise-wide risk governance, risk oversight, operational resilience, risk reporting, and risk culture aligned with regulatory expectations, strategic objectives, and industry best practices.
Works closely with Management, business units, support functions, and governance committees to ensure that material risks are identified, assessed, monitored, managed, and escalated appropriately.
