Qualifications

• Over 5+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience with Active Directory including user, group and computer administration.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting (optional).
• Printer configuration and driver management.
• Knowledge of SMB and SNMPv3 protocols is a plus.
• Understanding of print management, duplex and color optimization to reduce paper usage.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain printers and server equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to meet deadlines and maintain printing efficiency.
• Work as part of a 24x5 infrastructure team with on-call weekend support.
