Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years handling enterprise-level banking systems.
• Proven track record in implementing core banking applications (GL, Collections, CIF, AMLA).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of core banking system projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
