Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Business Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT and business units in Mandaluyong. You will plan, manage, and track UAT, rollouts, and post-implementation activities, ensuring value delivery while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management expertise in a banking environment, knowledge areas, and proficiency with PM tools. A PMP certification is a plus, with Waterfall or Agile experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course related to business or information technology is a plus but not a requirement.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management in a banking environment.
