• 10+ years of AI and data experience across solution design, delivery or implementation.
• 10+ years of consulting with large-scale delivery programs.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of AI, data, and emerging technologies for business transformation.
• Problem-solving mindset with creative tech applications.
• Program and stakeholder management with clear communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape client vision and identify opportunities for AI- and data-led reinvention.
• Define and structure enterprise AI and data strategies to optimize data assets and technologies.
• Assess AI maturity and establish capabilities to become AI-first.
• Develop AI platform blueprints, data strategies, and operating models.
• Build business cases, investment profiles, and roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Integrate Responsible AI into strategy development, governance and adoption plans.
• Define operating models and partnerships enabling scalable AI adoption.
