Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading software teams.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Django, Flask.
• Ability to guide and coach teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience leading multi-team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and delivery tools with governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, oversight, and coaching for engineers at varying levels.
• Be accountable for decisions impacting resources, budget, and operations.
• Advocate SDLC frameworks, tools, and practices across teams.
• Ensure successful collaboration across stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate issues to execute a book of work.
• Set and scale operating practices for enterprise AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC toolchain to drive efficiency and reuse assets.
• Provide input to leadership on budget and technical considerations.
