Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Construction Engineering Manager with a BS in Civil/Construction Engineering and a PE license to lead onsite projects across the Philippines. The role requires 5–10 years of hands-on project management experience, delivering builds safely, on time, and within budget.

You will enforce safety policies, report delays and budget variances to stakeholders, and coordinate complex site logistics and subcontractors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Construction Engineering Manager must possess a bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and 5-10 years of onsite project management experience delivering builds safely, on time, and within budget.

Education & Licensure

Technical Construction Expertise

• Mastery of the entire construction cycle from pre-construction bidding to final structural commissioning.
• Expertise in managing Prime Contracts, tracking Change Orders, and controlling Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
• Proficiency in critical industry tools such as AUTOCAD, Oracle Primavera P6, et al.
• Deep understanding of local zoning laws, environmental permits, and safety standards.

Work Location

• Must be willing to be assigned or report to the office/site in Libis, Quezon City.
• Must be fully willing and able to travel anywhere in the Philippines for provincial site visits, project inspections, and stakeholder meetings.
