TP ICAP Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Engineer for Enterprise Voice and AV to ensure reliability and scale of global UC/voice infra. You will lead migrations from AudioCodes SBCs to AWS, replace legacy Cisco gateways with SBCs, and drive AI-powered analytics for voice ops.

The role supports TP ICAP services from our Manila office. Working a Mid Shift (2pm PHT start time) and 3 days a week RTO, you will collaborate with global teams to deliver high availability and effective voice solutions

Qualificações

Extensive voice and UC knowledge with AudioCodes SBCs and SIP trunking.
Hands-on AudioCodes SBC deployment on prem and AWS.
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation.

Responsabilidades

Design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions focusing on AudioCodes SBCs and cloud migration.
Lead voice projects migrating AudioCodes SBCs to AWS and Cisco gateways replacements.
Troubleshoot voice/video/IPTV services including Cisco IP phones and Teams Direct Routing.
Develop automation scripts for SBC provisioning and monitoring workflows.
Maintain proactive monitoring for high availability.
Provide L2/L3 escalation for complex voice/AV issues.
Ensure Change Control compliance.
