Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a hands-on engineer with cross-functional partners to design and deliver high-performance systems.
• Own engineering deliverables across full lifecycle ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and elevate code quality and technical standards.
• Act as local Credit Technology lead for Manila, guiding day-to-day activities.
• Grow the Manila team through coaching, recruitment, and talent development.
• Support hiring including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new members.
