Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building latency-sensitive front-office systems (OMS, Matching, Execution).
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across distributed teams.
• Experience with cloud-native, event-driven architectures.
• End-to-end SDLC across design, development, QA, deployment, production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of high-performance front-office trading systems end-to-end.
• Own engineering deliverables throughout full lifecycle with quality and performance.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Act as local Credit Technology lead for Manila office.
• Drive recruitment and talent development for the Manila team.
• Collaborate with global technology leadership to align with standards.
