Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building latency-sensitive front-office trading systems (OMS, Matching, Execution).
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with distributed, event-driven, cloud-native apps and SDLC.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of high-performance systems end-to-end.
• Own engineering deliverables through full lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and promote code quality.
• Act as the local Credit Technology lead for the Manila office.
• Support recruiting and growing the Manila team.
