Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in latency-sensitive front-office systems.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across distributed teams.
• Experience with cloud-native, event-driven apps.
• SDLC experience across design to production support.
• Proficiency with AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of high-performance front-office trading systems end-to-end.
• Own engineering deliverables through full lifecycle ensuring performance and scalability.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Act as local Credit Technology lead for Manila office.
• Support hiring, recruitment and talent development.

• Drive innovation via POCs and continuous improvement.
