Job summary

Vision Systems, a SMR division, seeks engineers to design and program PLC/SCADA systems that integrate vision sensors and camera technologies for automotive applications. The role involves hands-on development, debugging, and collaboration with manufacturing teams to ensure reliable operation.

The candidate should have strong PLC/SCADA skills, experience with Omron and Mitsubishi hardware, and a drive to optimize automation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in PLC/SCADA programming, preferably in automotive or similar industries.
• Knowledge of vision systems and camera quality assurance.
• Experience with PLC/HMI software and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLC/SCADA programs for automation systems.
• Integrate vision cameras and sensors into control architectures.
• Commission and troubleshoot automation equipment in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

• 1- Expertise in Omron and Mitsubishi (FX and Q Series) Make PLC and HMI (CX-Programmer, NB Designer, GX works 2, GX Works 3 and GT Designer -3).
• 2- Expertise in Vision Camera Teaching Keyence and Omron make (Touch Finder andIV3).
• 3- Expertise in Sensor (Omron and Keyence make sensors) and Relay Logic.
• 4- Expertise in Pneumatic and hydraulic system.
• 5- Basic level knowledge in Visual Studio (Vb.Net Based SCADA).
• 6- Basic level knowledge in NI LabVIEW 2019
• 7- Basic level knowledge in SQL Server (Data addition, filtration and data Extraction).
• 8- Basic level knowledge in Delta, Fatek, Rockwell, Siemens PLC.
• 9- Knowledge of Mitsubishi Servo drive Configuration and programming.
• 10- Basic knowledge of SAP (PM / MM Module).
• 11- Knowledge of IMS.
• 12- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Quality Circle.
