Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia is recruiting on behalf of a publicly traded power and energy company in the Philippines for a senior financial modeling expert in Makati. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) and focuses on investment-grade financial modeling for projects, acquisitions, JVs and strategic investments.

You will evaluate project economics using NPV, IRR, ROIC, EBITDA, and DSCR, set modeling standards, and support decision-making through the investment cycle from development to COD.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in financial modeling, project finance, or related fields.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or utilities is highly desirable.
• MBA, CFA, CPA or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain investment-grade models for projects, acquisitions, JVs and strategic investments.
• Evaluate investment attractiveness using NPV, IRR, ROIC, EBITDA, DSCR, payback.
• Establish modeling standards, templates, documentation and version control.
• Provide financial analysis through development and NTP and support decisions.
• Maintain the investment case through execution and COD; quantify delays and cost overruns.
• Evaluate PPAs, tariffs, market prices, fuel costs and other commercial assumptions.
• Prepare investment analyses for senior management and boards; communicate assumptions and risks.
• Manage and develop the Financial Analyst; improve modeling tools and turnaround.
