Work Setup: Onsite
Compensation Range: ₱80,000-100,000 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead financial modeling, feasibility studies, valuation, and investment analysis to assess project viability, optimize financing structures, and evaluate risk-return profiles.
- Drive fundraising and capital-raising initiatives, prepare investor presentations and deal materials, and manage relationships with investors, lenders, and funding institutions.
- Oversee projects from concept development through financial close, ensuring alignment across financial, technical, operational, cost, and revenue assumptions.
- Support the structuring and negotiation of joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and investment transactions, working with stakeholders across the public and private sectors.
- Monitor project financial performance, cash flows, and fund utilization to ensure compliance with financing and investor requirements and support informed financial decision-making.
- Conduct market, industry, and project research and provide data-driven insights, financial reports, and recommendations to support management and board-level decisions.
- Identify and evaluate new investment and business development opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives and growth plans.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-15+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Proven track record in capital raising, financial structuring, and deal execution.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong exposure to corporate investments, project finance, capital raising, financial structuring, and business development.
- Strong experience in medium- to large-scale development projects.
- Strong academic and practical foundation in financial management, accounting, and business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of energy, infrastructure, or other relevant regulatory frameworks
