Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Associate, Endpoint Engineer to lead Modern Endpoint Management across Windows, iOS, and macOS. You will design, build, and operate endpoint solutions for applications and infrastructure owners, collaborating with MSPs to meet standards and SLAs.

You will work with Service Owners, drive improvements, and provide 3rd-level support including after-hours coverage for global teams. A tech-focused, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience with a global enterprise-level service.
• Experience in Endpoint and Desktop Management space including design, implementation and support.
• Broad infrastructure technologies; excellent written and verbal communication.

In this role you will support the delivery and operation of modern endpoint services across Windows, iOS, and macOS devices.
