Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in the Philippines is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer focusing on infrastructure security and enterprise email protection. You will design, implement, and operate secure email solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments to support EY's transformation initiatives.

You will manage Proofpoint and Microsoft Defender for Office 365, lead incident response, and drive security controls across mail routing, archiving, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years in managing enterprise messaging and email security.
• Hands-on experience with Proofpoint and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, configuration, and optimization of Proofpoint and Defender 365.
• Govern end-to-end email service lifecycle including mailbox management and retention.
• Develop and enforce email security controls against phishing, BEC, and threats.
• Oversee mail flow architecture, routing, and secure communications across environments.
• Lead threat investigations, remediation, and root-cause analysis for email security incidents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through data protection, archiving, and governance controls.
• Drive platform lifecycle management including patching and modernization.
• Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders on projects.
