Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cyber security, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise messaging and email security technologies such as Exchange Online, Proofpoint, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on administration, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of email security platforms (Proofpoint, Defender for O365).
• Govern mailbox management, access controls, retention policies, and mail flow standards.
• Develop and enforce enterprise email security controls against phishing, malware, spoofing, and BEC.
• Oversee email authentication, mail routing, and secure communications across cloud/hybrid environments.
• Lead email threat investigations, remediation, and root-cause analyses.
