Job summary

Forsspac MBR Corporation seeks an ELV Section Lead to head the ELV Design team and drive project delivery across complex missions. The role emphasizes coordination with clients, project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, adherence to standards, and timely outcomes.

The candidate will mentor engineers, manage budgets and resources, and advance BIM and digital design tools across projects, working in a flexible work-from-home setup with a 44-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Electronics & Communications Engineering graduate; must be a Registered Electronic Engineer (ECE) or Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive design/consulting firm experience.
• 3–5 years in leadership, design management, or team supervision.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, resources, and delivery performance.
• Knowledge of MEPF services and building codes/standards.
• Experience in complex buildings/mission-critical projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the ELV Design team.
• Oversee delivery of ELV design projects to meet quality, budget and schedule.
• Plan, organize and monitor design activities per milestones and resources.
• Act as project team leader, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure ELV designs are coordinated, compliant, and meet client standards.
• Drive BIM technologies and digital design tool adoption.
• Manage engineering resources and allocate across projects.
• Mentor engineers and designers through coaching and performance management.
