Job summary

7107 Islands Placement & Promotions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer in the Procurement Department. Responsibilities include designing and managing procurement for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intercom, and BMS systems.

Candidate should have a BS in Electrical Engineering, 10-15 years in mid- to high-rise projects, and strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software. Saudi project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software.
• Deep understanding of electrical codes, standards, and low-current systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and manage electrical system procurement requirements including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intercom, and BMS systems.
• Generate RFQs, review vendor proposals, and participate in bid evaluations.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and ensure technical compliance with project specifications and Saudi requirements.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Team to prepare comparative statements, material submittals, and approvals.
• Provide technical and pricing input during tendering and estimation stages.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and verification of electrical materials and equipment before delivery.
• Ensure all electrical procurement activities align with budget, project schedule, and quality standards.
